Path way through the Urinary system

The urinary system is built up of many organs, one the first one is the Kidney, then comes the Ureter, which is followed bu the Bladder and at last comes the Urethra. The urine flows through the Kidney which filters waste wastes from the Blood flow in the body, then it makes its way down the Ureter which are tubes that help the urine flow through the system till it makes its way into the bladder which holds the urine until it can be released, after that is heads down to the Urethra which then disposes of the urine, with males it also disposes of semen.

Blood pressure and heart rate


  • What creates what we call “blood pressure”?

1.Blood pressure is created at different times depending the activity, for example, when someone is working out they have a higher blood pressure, but when someone is inactive their blood pressure remains normal or low.

3.Systolic pressure is the first number in the measurement it is also the highest recorded pressure in an artery when ventricles contract.



CALCULATING THE OPTIMAL HEART RATE FOR GOOD HEART EXERCISE:
The heart is a muscle, and therefore needs exercise to be strong.  Heart rate measures how fast your heart is beating.  Healthy, active people tend to have a slower resting heart rate than people who don’t get any exercise.  We measure our heart rate in beats per minute (BPM)
When we do exercise, we want to exercise our heart without hurting it.  We can calculate how much we need to raise our heart rate to exercise and also how much exercise will hurt it:

To exercise your heart without hurting it, the heart rate should not go above 80% of the maximum rate:
UPPER TARGET RATE:
Multiply your maximum rate by 0.80 to determine how high your heart rate can go
Your target heart rate range is between the lower and upper target rate:

pH and body systems
















 The image above shows the flow of the respiratory system., As people inhale the muscles in the lung relax, as a person exhales the muscles contract, causing carbon dioxide to exit the body, as a person's heart rate increases more carbon dioxide is produced, which causes the pH level to decrease causing more acidic pH.
